6418 North Sheridan, Chicago, IL

The Concord at Sheridan is an innovative mixed-income, mixed-use urban infill development located steps away from Loyola University Chicago’s Lakeshore Campus in the vibrant Rogers Park community. Three Corners Development and its partners acquired an underutilized parking lot adjacent to a Chicago Housing Authority’s Caroline Hedger Senior Apartments and in its place will construct a nearly 200,000 SF building that will bring a variety of new, much needed amenities to the neighborhood including nearly 30,000 SF of ground floor retail space anchored by a flexible-format Target store and 111 units of mixed-income and highly amenitized apartment housing. While the Concord at Sheridan itself will make use of the City of Chicago’s transit oriented development ordinance, it will also provide replacement parking and a new 5,000 SF community center, complete with a rooftop deck for the adjacent CHA property.
